Projects are divided into specific engineering milestones. Each must be approved before moving to the next phase.
Once final payment for a milestone is received, the IP rights for the work delivered transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We provide long-term maintenance separately via our support retainer model. Standard project delivery does not include indefinite free server management.
